Keith Newgard brings a unique blend of real estate experience, hands-on industry knowledge, and a passion for helping others achieve their property goals. Originally from Southern California, Keith relocated to North Carolina in the late 1990s to work as a chassis builder in NASCAR’s premier racing series. His dedication, attention to detail, and strong work ethic served him well throughout his racing career and continue to benefit his real estate clients today.
After obtaining his real estate license in 2012, Keith built a successful career assisting buyers and sellers throughout the Triad and Triangle regions of North Carolina. He has worked with a wide variety of clients, from first-time homebuyers to clients pursuing investment opportunities, while also investing in real estate personally. His firsthand experience as both a REALTOR® and investor provides valuable insight into the buying, selling, and ownership process.
Keith and his wife, Ronda, have been married for more than 20 years. Ronda is a Certified General Appraiser and holds the prestigious Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation. Having vacationed in South Carolina for more than 25 years, they fell in love with the Lowcountry lifestyle. When the opportunity arose in 2023, they eagerly relocated to Beaufort and are proud to now call the Lowcountry home.
In his free time, Keith enjoys spending time with Ronda and their dog, Palmer. Whether he’s snowboarding, boating, relaxing at the beach, or working in his yard, Keith appreciates any opportunity to be outdoors and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, Keith looks forward to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market and find their own place to call home in the beautiful Lowcountry.
