Born and raised in South Carolina, Rion has called Beaufort home since 2002. He launched
his real estate career in his hometown of Orangeburg after graduating from The Citadel.
Over the years, he has built a well-rounded background serving clients as a trusted real estate advisor, financial and insurance professional, local marina owner and general manager, and owner of a respected commercial and residential improvement and repair business.
With a focus on investment properties and new construction, Rion works with investors at every stage – from first-time buyers to seasoned portfolio owners – providing expert guidance on market trends, cash flow potential, appreciation, and ROI to help them make informed investment decisions. Having lived and owned homes throughout Beaufort, Port Royal, and unincorporated Beaufort County, he has a unique understanding of the local market when helping clients buy or sell their homes.
Rion values time with his wife, daughter, and son, as well as enjoying the outdoors and all the Lowcountry has to offer. He has volunteered with the Rotary Club, United Way, AMI Kids Beaufort, Help of Beaufort, and other charitable and civic organizations across the Lowcountry. His faith and church are central to his life and values.
