Wesley Ginn is a dedicated Lowcountry native with a deep understanding of the land, lifestyle, and real estate market of coastal South Carolina. Born and raised in the Lowcountry, Wesley combines local knowledge with professional experience to help clients confidently buy and sell property throughout the region.
A graduate of the Technical College of the Lowcountry with an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Wesley began his real estate career as a Real Estate Legal Assistant in Hardeeville, South Carolina. This legal background gives him a unique advantage in navigating contracts, due diligence, and the complexities of property transactions. In October 2025, he earned his real estate license and transitioned into serving clients directly as a Realtor.
To further expand his expertise, Wesley completed additional studies in Property Management through the Real Estate School of South Carolina, equipping him with a well-rounded understanding of investment property operations and long-term asset strategy.
Wesley specializes in residential land, hunting property, and large acreage tracts across the Lowcountry. His lifelong passion for real estate is matched by his love for the outdoors. An avid fly fisherman and conservation advocate, he is deeply committed to preserving the natural beauty and sporting heritage of the Lowcountry. His firsthand knowledge of land use, wildlife habitat, and coastal ecosystems provides unique value to buyers and sellers of rural and recreational properties.
